  • Cover and banners must be delivered in size for newsletter
  • If the materials are delivered as open data, we only accept PSD format

Options for delivering documents

There are two options for delivering graphic materials:

  • Delivery of only the graphic part in JPG/PNG format. The text will be inserted into the graphic on our side using our internal font and following our design guidelines.
  • Delivery of an editable PSD file in the dimensions of the entire mononewsletter. Please do not allow any graphics to interfere with the text space (an exception may be a simple background that does not interfere with the readability of the text).

In all cases, it is necessary to keep the minimum font and correct file format; documents that do not meet these criteria will be returned for re-editing.

Mono newsletter size

The mono newsletter is divided into the bar we provide, a section with a cover, and several individual banners. The total height of the entire mono newsletter must not exceed 8000 px.

Dimensions and format

General information

  • Our graphic designers only edit the text part and layout.
  • All graphic adjustments are made by the partner.

Entire newsletter

You can deliver either the fully designed complete size or only the graphic parts in the size with width 1200 px. We localize the text parts.

Cover

You can deliver either the complete cover with texts or only the graphic part in the size with width 1200 px. We localize the text part.

Banner

You can deliver either the complete banner with texts or only the graphic part in the size with width 1200 px. We localize the text part.

Half banner

Delivered image is used on one side of graphic part in size with width 600 px. We localize the other side of the banner (text part).

HTML code variant

Assuming the design allows for the use of HTML text (with a solid background behind the text), we prefer and reserve the right to create these mono newsletters in HTML using the Roboto typeface family.

Note

HTML text will also be used, provided that the partner has not supplied the necessary font licenses and the background allows for the use of HTML.

PSD example

We have prepared an example of banners in PSD format for download. You can use the file as
a template or it can serve as a demonstration of how the banner will look after our modification.

Text sizes

Our default font for texts is Roboto typeface family, which we use in case the partner does not provide the font, or if the supplied font does not support some languages.
In case of using your own font, it is necessary to provide the font file (.ttf, .otf) together with the banner data.

Warning

The font provided must have an appropriate license and the partner is obliged to grant us the right to use it. If this is not the case, we offer the use of our internal font Roboto.

Keep in mind that many phones still use small 320 px,
low-end screens at 72 dpi, and your newsletter will be scaled
to this width. Ensure that your content remains readable
on these devices, and don’t forget to test it.

Adding elements to graphics

We offer the option to insert a circle label on partner banners and placing GWP to the newsletter.

Warning

If the graphic does not have a designated space, we will require you to provide the assets with the label, gift, or other promotional element already implemented. Alternatively, our designers will place the GWP with the label on a simple background.

Types of circular labels

We have our own labels available in dimensions of 110×110 px.

A simple background that does not interfere with text readability. It can be delivered as individual banner assets or as a fully designed graphic newsletter.

Dont‘s

Previews of banners that do not meet the criteria.

The newsletter width is incorrect, and the text sizes fall below the minimum requirements, resulting in poor readability. Additionally, the buttons have incorrect dimensions, and their text size is also below the minimum.

The buttons are oversized, and the text overlaps with the graphic elements, negatively impacting readability. Additionally, some text sizes are smaller than the minimum requirements.
